Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter

Bilingual role | Hybrid (Ottawa, ON) or Remote within Canada 

Position Overview 
 
The Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment supporting Patient Support Programs, with a primary focus on field-based nurses and additional healthcare administrative roles. 
 

This role partners closely with business leaders to proactively anticipate hiring needs, build strong clinical talent pipelines, and ensure a transparent and efficient recruitment process. The Recruiter operates with a high degree of autonomy, maturity, and accountability while maintaining consistent communication with hiring managers on search progress and market insights. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for field-based nursing roles and healthcare administrative positions. 

• Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to understand workforce needs and anticipate future hiring demand. 

• Build and maintain proactive nursing pipelines and community networks. 

• Conduct candidate screening and interviews, assessing clinical competencies and role alignment. 

• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on pipeline status, timelines, and market conditions. 

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ensure strong documentation and due diligence. 

• Coordinate interviews, references, and offer processes. 

• Support reporting and workforce planning activities as required. 

Qualifications 
 

• Minimum 3+ years of healthcare recruitment experience with strong preference for experience recruiting nurses 

• Fully bilingual (English and French), strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Strong understanding of clinical roles, nursing competencies, and healthcare terminology. 

• Experience recruiting across a range of healthcare roles; patient support or community-based healthcare experience is an asset. 

• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently. 

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. 

• High level of professional maturity and sound judgment. 

• Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office applications. 

Compensation 
 

$70,000 - $75,000
