Position Overview 

This role supports the development and validation of GNSS products through hands-on testing, data analysis, and automation. The successful candidate will contribute to executing test plans, evaluating product performance, and analyzing results across multiple test scenarios, including interference and real-world signal conditions. 

This position provides exposure to the full product development lifecycle, from test case development through data-driven performance assessment, and is ideal for students interested in GNSS, RF systems, and applied engineering. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Work with spectrum analyzers, signal generators, GNSS receivers, and GNSS simulators  

  • Develop test cases for GNSS interference and signal scenario testing  

  • Write scripts to control GNSS simulators and recorder/replayer systems  

  • Conduct testing to evaluate and compare product firmware iterations  

  • Conduct lab and field testing to evaluate and compare product firmware iterations  

  • Analyze and interpret product test results  

  • Prepare clear technical reports to summarize test activities and results 
     

Qualifications 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering 

  • Completed third year or higher of the program 

  • Academic or practical experience with one or more of the following: 

  • RF systems, antennas, or communication systems 

  • GNSS, positioning, or signal processing 

  • Test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators 

  • Experience with scripting or programming 

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 

  • Ability to document and communicate technical results clearly 

 

Compensation 
 

$27.74 - $30.74/hour
