We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and managing the sales process from initial contact through to close. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Lead Qualification and Follow-Up:** Proactively engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events, qualify opportunities, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.  
  • Customer Engagement:** Develop strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their challenges and aligning our solutions with their business needs.  
  • Sales Execution:** Deliver compelling virtual presentations, product demos, and consultations that showcase the value of our Cybersecurity and Data & AI offerings.  
  • Pipeline Management:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, product, technical teams, and other sales team members to align strategy and drive client meetings.  
  • Market Feedback:** Collect and share insights from client interactions to support ongoing product and marketing improvements.  
  • Goal Achievement:** Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

 

Qualifications  

  • Proven success in an inside sales role, preferably in technology, Cybersecurity, or Data & AI solutions  
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills  
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and ability to convey value propositions effectively  
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and tracking sales performance metrics  
  • Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

 

Preferred Skills  

  • Knowledge of trends and technologies in Cybersecurity and Data & AI  
  • Experience managing leads from marketing campaigns and trade shows  
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
